I bring a rare dual perspective as both a senior HR executive and organizational leader, combined with deep executive coaching expertise. I’ve operated in complex environments and guided leaders through critical moments of growth and transformation. My work focuses on helping leaders translate experience into insight, feedback into meaningful development, and complexity into clear, intentional action.
I bring deep experience across financial services, central banking, and complex organizations as a human resources executive, organizational leader, certified executive coach, and adjunct professor. I combine strategic insight with a nuanced understanding of organizational dynamics, helping leaders and organizations navigate change with clarity and confidence.
I spent 14 years at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where I led the People Experience Partner team and served as a senior advisor to leadership on talent, organizational effectiveness, and workforce strategy. Earlier in my career, I was Managing Director, Head of Human Resources at Ambac, where I led through significant organizational change and complexity.
My coaching philosophy is grounded in lived experience. As Head of People Experience Partners at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and Managing Director, Head of Human Resources at Ambac, I led through periods of significant organizational change, built high-performing teams under pressure, and made critical decisions in complex, evolving environments.
That experience informs every coaching engagement. I understand what it means to step into a stretch role, rebuild team dynamics, lead through uncertainty, and strengthen your leadership voice, because I’ve done it myself and have guided others through similar moments.
My approach centers on growth through experience. I help leaders turn experience into insight, feedback into meaningful development, and complexity into clarity. Whether working with senior executives on strategic influence, emerging leaders expanding their scope, or teams strengthening trust and effectiveness, I create the conditions for meaningful, lasting growth.
In addition to my coaching work, I serve as an adjunct professor, bringing a practical, experience-based approach to leadership and talent development. Throughout my career, I have shaped enterprise-wide talent initiatives that strengthened leadership accountability, enhanced workforce engagement, and built future-ready talent pipelines across industries.
